How do I place an order?

Go to shopmytag.com, click Buy Now, fill in your details, and complete the payment in our secure checkout.

Do you have a physical store?

No. MyTag® sells exclusively online and only through shopmytag.com.

Do you ship to my country?

Yes. We ship to most countries in America and Europe. The available shipping options are shown automatically at checkout based on your address.

How long does delivery take?

Processing: 1 to 3 business days after payment confirmation.
Estimated delivery: 5 to 12 business days, depending on the destination and shipping carrier.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking code by email to monitor your delivery in real time.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), as well as PayPal and Shop Pay. On supported devices, you can also pay using Apple Pay or Google Pay.

Can I pay in cash or on delivery?

Not at this time. All payments are made securely online through the available payment methods listed above.

Can I change my order or address?

Yes, as long as the order has not yet been processed. If you need to correct your address or cancel your purchase, please contact soporte.promocito@gmail.com as soon as possible. Once the order has been shipped, it cannot be modified.

Can I buy more than one kit?

Yes. You can select the desired quantity directly at checkout. If you wish to order more kits later or take advantage of a different promotion, simply place a new order.

Where do products ship from?

We work with logistics centers located in the United States, Europe, and Asia. Your order will ship from the warehouse closest to your location for faster delivery.

I only received part of my order. Is that normal?

Yes. Orders that include multiple kits may be shipped separately. You will receive a unique tracking code for each package.

What is your returns and exchanges policy?

Returns for withdrawal are accepted within 7 days of delivery. Manufacturing defects are covered for up to 30 days from delivery. Items must be unused and in their original packaging. After inspection, refunds are issued to the original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable when the delivered item matches the order.

What if my delivery is delayed?

Check the tracking information sent to your email. If delivery exceeds the estimated period of 5 to 12 business days, please contact us, and our team will follow up directly with the carrier.
